No one showed for class today :(  So, I went home and Bob the grappling dummy and I worked for an hour doing figure 4's from the guard and straight armbars from mount.  Unfortunately when it came time to roll, Bob beat me hands down each round using a variety of techniques to include: RNC, armbar from mount, figure four from half guard (he must have picked that up from Poncho!) and finally an ankle pick.  I guess I just have to train harder :)
