7 in training tonight, with one noob!  We had a great 45 minute "pre-game" warmup :-)  Then we covered 360 defenses w/o mitts x2, inside defenses w/o mitts x2, combo defenses w/o mitts and kicks from the ground w/ pads.  Next white belts worked off. and def. back leg front kicks, off. front leg front kicks, thai kicks, def. back leg round kicks and def. side kick.  Green belts worked wheel kicks, crescent kicks, def. front hook kick, offensive side kick and back reverse side kicks. 


After class Chris and I slow sparred for about 20 minutes working on good technique and combos.
