6 in training tonight.  We had the usual 45 minute warm-up before class.  Then we covered thai kicks w/body shield x2, back leg round kick w/body shield x2, push kick w/body shield x2, jab/cross w/body shields x2, machine gun punches w/body shield x2, palm heels w/body shields x2, hammer fists w/body shield x2, elbows w/body shields x2, and finally knees w/body shield x2.
