2 in training tonight.  We had a great 45 minute warmup to begin class.  Then we worked on our clinch all night long.  We worked double and single necktie clinch drill, clinch swimming drill, shoulders and knees drills and shoot and guard drills.  Then to end the night we put them all together for two five minute rounds.
