7 in training tonight. We had a great 45 minute warmup before training.  We worked 360 defenses w/mitts x2, inside defenses w/mitts x2, all defenses w/o mitts x2, jab/cross w/mitts x2, jab/cross/double defense/jab/cross w/mitts x2, jab/cross/bob and weave/jab/cross w/mitts x2, (white belts) front leg front kicks w/ mitts x2, (green belts) front leg round kicks w/mitts x2, (white belts) back leg front kicks w/mitts x2, and (green belts) back leg round kicks w/mitts x2. We ended the night with a round of ab conditioning and thigh conditioning :-)
