4 in training tonight, with one noob. We had a great 45 minute warmup! Then we worked jab/cross w/mitts x2, hook punches w/mitts x2, uppercutt punches w/mitts x2, boxers three w/mitts x2, boxers four w/mitts x2. Next we grabbed the body shields and worked thai kicks x2, push kicks x2, side kicks x2 and knees.
