6 in training tonight.  Everyone smoked the warmup and we were done in 38 minutes!  The bar has been raised :-)  We started with off. back leg round kicks w/ pads (green belts), def. back leg round kick w/pad  (white belt), off. side kick w/ pad (green belts), def. side kick w/pad (white belt), back reverse side kick w/pad (green belt), def side kick w/pad (white belt), push kicks w/pad (green belts), and offensive back leg round kick w/pad (white belts).  Next we worked White and Green belt self defense 1-4.  We ended the night with ab, thigh and shoulder conditioning.
