6 in training tonight.  We started with the jits warmup before training.  We covered the top control drill, mount to back drill then we worked upa reversal vs. punches, single leg guard pass and rear naked choke.  Then we put it all together for a flow drill that went upa reversal - guard pass - mount to back - RNC submission.  We ended the night with three 5 minute rounds of free rolling.
