8 in training tonight, with one noob. We had a great 45 minute warmup before class. Tonight we worked jab/cross w/mitts x2, hooks w/mitts x2, uppercutts w/mitts x2, boxers 4 w/mitts x2, and jab/cross/round kick w/mitts x2. Then we grabbed the body shields and worked machine gun punches, round kicks w/sprawl and knees.  We ended the night with ab, thigh and cut kick conditioning.
