5 in class tonight with one noob.  We had a great 45 minute warmup.  We worked jab/cross w/mitts x2, hook punches w/mitts x2, round kicks w/mitts x2, jab/cross/double defense x2, jab/cross/double defense/double body hooks, jab/cross/double defense/double body hook/knee/helmet, jab/cross/double defense/double body hook/knee/helmet/cross/jab/round kick x2.  Next we worked knees in the body shield.  We ended the night with a round of inner and outer thigh conditioning.
