6 in jits tonight.  We started with a light warmup and then went straight to work.  We covered the scissor sweep with cuff and collar grip, armbar from mount and then put them together for scissor sweep to armbar submission.  We ended the class with rolling.


7 in Kickboxing.  Tom started with 40 minutes of sports specific body training for 3 rounds.  Next we worked 2min round shadow boxing x 2, jab/cross w/mitts x2, helmet chest touch drill x2, olympics w/pads, double body hook/one-two punch head/push kick w/pads and then free technique w/pads.  We ended the night with a sparring with three minute rounds.
