6 in class tonight.  We had a special Rachelle warmup that smoked all of our legs.  Then we worked jab/cross x2, hooks, hooks w/sprawls, bob and weave x2, back leg front kicks x2, round kicks x2, jab/cross/bob and weave x2, jab/cross/double body hooks/front kick x2, jab/cross/double body hooks/front kick/bob and weave/jab/cross/round kick x2.  Next we practice our self defense for white, green and blue belts.


After class Jared, Trevor, Jerrell and Rachelle did two round of 2 min sparring.
