GF:  5 in jits.  We started with warmup and stretches.  The we covered armbar from guard, up reversal and then getting reversed by an upa and sinking the armbar from the guard.  We ended the class with rolling.


GFAFB:  6 in jits.  We started with warmup, fish, falls and rolls. We covered the same techniques as downtown.  We ended the class with rolling.
