We had Nick and Jared in for Jujitsu training today.  We started with the usual warm-up, rolls and falls.  Then we practiced are hip escape for a bit.  We learned several new techniques today as well.  We covered the scissor sweep from the gaurd, single leg take down from kneeling and side/back control.  All of which we turned into drills....of course :-)
