Four in training tonight.  We had a great workout though!  You guys missed some fun stuff :-)  We started off with jab/cross into the body shield with a sprawl drill, then palm heels into the body shields with a sprawl drill, same with elbows and same with knees.  Then we pulled some mats into the room and worked the ground!  We practed the upa bridge reversal from when mounted, single leg pass from the gaurd and a bit of the hip escape from the side control.  Great fun was had by all :-)

Class is on for Wednesday if you're in town.
