First class of the New Year!!!!  We had 13 total in training tonight - 8 were noobs :-)  We started with a nice 50 minute warm-up to get the blood flowing.  Then we covered the cross, jab, uppercutt and hook punch into the focus mitts.   Then we turned them all into drills with a sprawl.  We also covered the knee strike and put that into a sprawl drill as well. 

We didn't loose a single noob after the warm-up!  What a first :-)  Class is on regular schedule now.
