13 in class tonight, with two noobs.  We started with a 45 minute warm-up and then jumped into training.  We covered all combos, 1-7, into the focus mitts; which took us about 40 minutes.  I had everyone focus on slowing down and working proper technique when executing each combo.  We worked on keeping our elbows into our ribs, crossing the center line of the body on each punch and throwing each combo from a proper fighting stance.  Then we ramped it up and did machine gun punches w/sprawl into body shields, elbows w/sprawl into body shields and knees w/sprawl into body shields.


Jujitsu on Saturday for those who have been invited and have gi's.
