14 in class tonight.  We started with a nice 50 minute warm-up...since I know everyone can handle it now   We covered Jab/Cross into the mits, then same with moving partner, hooks in to the mits, then same with moving partner, uppercutts into the mits, then same with moving partner, Punch defenses with mits and then the punch/defend drill.  Then we dropped the mits and grabbed the body shields.  We worked eblows in the shields, defensive front kicks into the shields and round kicks into the shields.  We finished the night with some ab and thigh conditioning!


We had three noobs in class that hung in there and really tried to push themselves.  Way to go!
