17 in class tonight.  We did our usual 45 minute warm-up (after I showed up 15 minutes late...stupid teaching lawyers ).  Tonight we covered jab/cross, hooks, uppercuts and combo 5 into the mitts.  Then we did a jab/cross sprawl drill incorporating bizerk punches.  After that we picked up the body shields and worked defenisve round kicks, defensive side kicks, knees and elbows.  We ended the night with two rounds of ab conditioning.


You guys are doing great!  Keep up the great work and positive attitudes!
