3 in BJJ today.  We started with warm-up, fish, falls and rolls.  Then we practiced a shrimping drill to help work the mechanics of the hip escape.  Next we worked on the upa (bridge escape),  single leg pass from the guard, hooking sweep and the back sweep.  Then we practiced our gaurd work drill and circut drill.  Following class Nick and I worked on some escapes from the side control headlock.  Thanks for letting me practice on you Nick!
