4 in BJJ tonight for open mat.  We started with the warm-up, fish, falls and rolls.  Then we had 30 minutes of free technique time where both groups worked any technique that wanted to.  Following that we had 30 minutes of sparring.  Tonight we worked 50% speed sparring so everyone could work on there timing and recognizing transitions. 

We missed you tonight JT :-)
