6 in training tonight.  We started with a very "special" Valentines day warm-up with some new drills in the sprints :-)  Then we worked jab/cross drill w/ mitt movement, jab/cross double defense drill w/ mitts, combo #7, combo #3, and partner determined mitt punches.  Next we dropped the mitts and grabbed the body shields.  We worked hammer fists, thai kicks, sides kicks, offensive side kicks and then machine gun punches w/ sprawl.


Congrats to all those hard chargers that came for the V-day workout!  Those who weren't here missed a lot of fun and good training ;-)  See you all on Sunday!
