5 in BJJ today.  We started with fish, falls  and rolls to warm-up.  Then we practiced the upa bridge and hip escape transitions.  We worked on the single and double leg take down from knees and then transitioned into chokes.  We covered the front choke from the guard and the rear lapel choke from back control.  To end the day we did five revolutions of the top control and mount to back control drills.

CONGRATULATIONS to Rachelle, Jared and Nick for their promotion to white belt 1st stripe!  They've all put in the hard work and mat time and deserved it :-)
