7 in jujitsu today.  We started with warm-up, fish, falls and rolls.  Then we worked on the arm drag takedown, rear lapel half nelson choke, bar arm choke, front leaning choke and rear naked choke.  Then we combined the arm drag takedown with the rear lapel half nelson for a great technique from side mount.   See you on Tuesday!
