Training site.

15 in training tonight.  We started with our usual 45 minute warm-up.  Then we worked jab/cross with mitts, jab/cross - double defense with mitts, jab/cross - double defense - clinch with mitts, jab/cross - double defense - clinch - jab/cross/round kick with mitts, and lastly jab/cross -double defense - clinch - double knee - jab/cross/round kick with mitts.  Then we dropped the mitts and grabbed the body shields.  We covered defensive back leg round kicks (whites) and offensive back leg round kicks (greens), defensive front leg round kicks (whites) and offensive front leg round kicks (greens), defensive side kicks (whites) twice, offensive side kicks and back reverse side kicks (greens).  Then we worked a front thrust kick - triple knee drill with pads, front thrust kick - triple knee - machine gun punch drill with pads.  We finished the night with a round of multiple attackers for everyone.


After class Chris and I worked some light sparring for a bit.  Anyone interested in sparring after class on Sundays must bring a mouth guard, head guard, cup (for males) and gloves.  No wraps allowed.
