13 in class tonight.  We started the night off with a great 45 minute warmup.  Then we worked jab/cross with mitts, jab/cross defense with mitts, and jab/cross - double defense with mitts.  Green belts got to work their body and thai kick blocks during the drills as well :-)  Next we worked combos 2 and 3 for white belts and 1 and 2 for green belts.  Then we dropped the mitts and grabbed the body shields.  White belts worked offensive front kicks, defensive back leg round kicks and defensive side kicks.  Green belts worked thrust kicks, offensive back leg round kicks and back reverse side kicks.  Great job everyone!
