12 in class tonight, with one noob.  We started with our 45 minute warm-up.  Then we worked jab/cross w/mitts twice, jab/cross - double defense w/mitts twice, jab/cross - double defense - clinch w/mitts twice, jab/cross - double defense - clinch - double knee w/mitts twice, jab/cross/hook w/mitts and jab/cross/hook/uppercut w/mitts.  Next we grabbed the body shields and worked knees, knees w/sprawl, elbows, elbows w/sprawl, round kicks, and round kicks w/sprawl.  We finished the night with a round of multiple attackers for everyone.


After class Trevor stayed for sparring.  Great job bro!
