5 in bjj tonight.  We started with warm-up, fish, falls and rolls.  Then we had oru 30 minute free technique time where everyone partnered up and worked whatever they wanted.  Then we transitioned into 30 minutes of sparring using 5 minute drills.  Great job everyone. 

Oh yeah, Bobby jo momma noodle the grappling dummy made his debut in class tonight.  He'll be attending every training session now for the odd number classes to get a workout as well.
