8 in class tonight. We had a great 45 minute warm-up and then went straight into training. We covered jab/cross w/mitts, jab/jab/cross w/mitts, jab/jab/cross - double defense with mitts, jab/jab/cross - double defense - jab/cross/thai kick w/mitts. Next we worked front and side chokes for white belts, and choke against a wall front and back for green belts. Then we drug out the matts and covered basic armbar from mount, single leg pass, and single leg pass to straight arm bar. -- Train hard - Train real! 2007-04-18 02:42:31 GMT
