TBCM (used to be Kill Deer) is another kilobot I am making for the event. This is just going to be a cheap RC car hack. Fist things first, the name. Because it will be built and armoured with balsa wood, argubly the lightest and strongest material known to mankind. ; ) This bot is just a rammer/wedge type.

Here is the hacked guts I took out of the car.

I decided the car style steering had to go so I'm trying something else with the steering servo. I hacked it so that it now rotates 360 degrees and attached a foam tire directely to the servo horn. The servo moves side to side pivoting the whole bot until it is lined up right. Thats how its supposed to work. At least, thats what I hope.

19/08/03- TBCM is all finished. I tried to take a picture but the monster got out of control. There have been some unconfirmed sightings in my hometown.

20/08/03-Ok time to be a little more serious. Heres what TBCM actually looks like. Please don't make fun of me. :P

The monster didn't do too bad at Kilobots August. Beat Robopope but lost to Swiss Chef and Flip Out.
