Populous: The Vehicles

There aren't that many vehicles in Populous: The Beginning, so this page is fairly short. The only two vehicles are:

• Boats
• Balloons

Boats

Boats are created in the boat hut, and as you can imagine, they only work on water. Boats can carry up to five people across a body of water. If a boat gets on land, there is no way to get it back into the water unless you can manage to blast it back into the water. The boat on land will sit there for a few seconds and then explode, so be sure to keep your people away from it.

Balloons

Balloons are created in the balloon hut. They can carry up to two people anywhere on the world. Boats are a good way to increase the Shaman's spell casting range or a fire warrior's range. Be careful though, because it takes very few hits from a fire warrior to kill someone in balloon.
