Slacker is our Magickal agent in the Field, based in the Big Apple. He is studying Astral Travel and High Magick. His last important mission was the study of the Illuminati's influence over a Chicagoland town, along with Agent Traveller.

The Traveller hasn't known Agent Slacker that long, but both are quite familiar with the Navy. They met in the Seperations Division.
