Hobbies: 
From the time she was old enough to walk Georgi was trained as a gymnast and continued it all through school and won many awards for her extraordinary agility. Having 7 older brothers the young women has many interests and some are more male orientated such as fencing and boxing. Due to her rather infamous family history she has developed an interest in historical places especially the "old west." Georgi loves animals and is an excellent horsewoman. Her tastes are broad and she collects just about anything that strikes her fancy. Being an athlete it's not unusual to find her in the holodeck working out.

Personality: 
Georgi is a very pert, bubbly person though she does have a bit of a temper when provoked. Unfortunately, her mouth has a tendency to run away with her at times. Georgi's constant sunny disposition and happy smile has a tendency to affect people in various ways. A bit on the naive side she is ever the optimist and always tries to look at the positive side of things. Despite her *tinkerbell* appearance and attitude, Georgi has a keen mind and usually researches everything.

*Unlike her mother who is half Betazoid Georgiana has shown no telepathic abilities. She has however shown slight empathic abilities but they are not considered reliable. Her unorthodox but effective approach to counseling has raised more than one eyebrow in her time she has been with us. *Despite the trauma Counselor MacKendle was subjected too on her first shipboard assignment she manages to remain well balanced. History:
The youngest and only girl of eight, she spent most of her early life in boarding schools for young ladies. Being from an Old Southern Family perfect manners and diplomacy was something demanded. At the age of 16 she left Brenau and traveled extensively with her father and a tutor helping her complete her extended courses through VSU enabling her to graduate with and top of her class. Her slight ability to sense people's feelings and her calm manner made her an asset to the Senator's numerous negotiations. In her father's many travels Georgi made quite an impression on several Star Fleet Officials causing them to "keep an eye on her." Even though Senator MacKendle is well known among the upper echelons of the Federation, a career Starfleet is not what he wanted for his only daughter. Against her father's wishes she jumped at the opportunity when offered the chance at Star Fleet Training.

A collector of swords Georgi came across a very unique piece while visiting an ancient archeological dig with her father. This find eventually led to her meeting of the Jade dragon of the Jhardine, of whose mark she now bears.

From Dr. Marshall Karis, : Starfleet Headquarters: RE: USS Essex Survivors: Since their mysterious reappearance in the Alpha Quadrant many of the surviving crewmembers have shown various degrees of severe depression, at times bordering suicidal. One crewmember though, the Counselor in fact appears to show little mental strain from the events and leading up to the Court-Martial of the Essex Captain. However an intensely emotional situation concluding the trial led to the discovery that Counselor MacKendle’s empathy had increased per her previous evaluation.

Even though the counselor claims that she is perfectly fine, after subjecting her to an extensive series of testing it has been discovered that at times her empathic algorithms run extremely high in comparison to previous testing. At first it appeared to be random but after several months of observation it has been concluded by myself and several collegues that Counselor MacKendle is hiding the extent of her abilities The results from the evaluation show empathic abilities that only a very select group of Betazoids ever achieve but this normally only occurs with full blooded Betazoids. Unlike the others though, it appears as if Counselor MacKendle has some sort of control over it.**See File 42-A:Tam Elbrum**

The counselor gives no reason for this increase but is slightly vague on some of the incidents concerning the Essex. It is a possibility that this could be a sudden awakening of her Betazoid abilites because of her mixed dna, but that is highly unlikely. It is our summation that Counselor Mackendle sometime during the Essex mission has encountered an unknown substance or alien that brought about this change. We have found no evidence that she is aware of the cause. We also concur that in an emotionally unguarded situation she could possibly pose a danger not only to herself, but too others around her.
