History:

Ury is the only son of a "starfleet" family. He was born aboard a vessel that was on a deep space mission. His mother, Athne Rogan was the chief Science Officer. She tried not to, but it was obvious to Ury that her career mattered more than he did. Ury's father, Kasch Rogan, the FCO, however, was overjoyed by his son's birth and would spend hours teaching his son all that he knew. Ury learned to pilot a craft before he learned about the birds and the bees. It was always assumed that Ury would enter the Academy.
