WHAT was it about Cults Academy that it produced not only The Trees but other musical greats like Al "Boring" Corrigall, The Great Dictator, Andrews Coghill and Gordon, Linz Cowie and Dom Macklon?

"If you went to Cults Academy you had basically two options," explained former music teacher and Tree fan Lesley Reith. "You could either get a band together and try to make it - or risk going to university, getting a qualification and having a nice, fat detached house by the age of 24. For many kids at Cults the only real chance of failure they had was with a band."
