Notes for Elias "Lias" PALMER

---

When Elias died on February 27, 1916, he had had Prostatitis for 6 months
and 20 days, according to the death certificate. The last 14 days he'd
had cystitis. He died at 5 a.m. on the morning of the 27th. His doctor
was Dr. J. Thomas Smith, of Westfield, NC.

Elias was buried on Feb. 28th, and the death certificate was filed and
signed on Feb. 29th, Leap Day, 1916. The undertaker was Sid Fulk, of
Francisco. The informant was Elias' son Presley Palmer, who was living
in Quaker Gap, NC, which was a Pinnacle Post Office address. The death
took place at home in Francisco, NC which was a Westfield Post Office
address, located in the Township of Big Creek, in Stokes County, NC.
