| Payment Terms: 1. Seller only accept FULL PAYMENT to seller designated DBS Bank or Standard Chartered Bank via ATM transfer, Internet Transfer or by cash deposit within 3 days after auction closed or orders made through email. 2. All Sales & Bids are FINAL. 3. Goods sold are Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable. 4. All transactions are to be made in Hong Kong Dollars and within Hong Kong Only. Delivery Terms: 1. BUYER pays for postage and handling charges. For self-collection items, please arrange your own transport to pick-up from the designated point as requested by the seller. 2. Items will be sent out within 3 Hong Kong working days upon confirmed receipt of FULL PAYMENT unless otherwise stated by the seller that the item could only be self-collected on a specified date. 3. All items will be sent out by normal post from Hong Kong Post Office and this is not applicable to self-collection items. 4. Seller will not be responsible for any LOST or DAMAGED goods occur during mail-in-transit or post-in-transit for every items sent. |

Seller reserved the rights to re-submit an item if Buyer or Winner failed to fulfil ALL the Terms and Conditions stated herein. A BAD ratings will be given accordingly and you will be blacklisted as well in our auction. 4. Kindly refrained from Bidding if you are NOT agreeable to any of the Terms & Conditions as stated herein. Photos and descriptions provided here are carefully described and posted to our best effort.
