| Payment Terms: 1. Seller only accept FULL PAYMENT via POSB ATM transfer, Internet Transfer within 3 days after auction closed or orders made through email.. In any cases when the item is out-of stock for pre-order items, we will return the full amount of what you have paid to us. 2. All Sales & Bids are FINAL. 3. Good sold are Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable. 4. All transactions are to be made in Singapore Dollars or in Hong Kong Dollars and within Singapore and Hong Kong Only. Delivery Terms: 1. BUYER pays for NORMAL AIRMAIL postage and handling charges from Hong Kong to Singapore. For registered post, please pay additional S$3.00. Otherwise, we will proceed the posting as per normal. If the postage is provided free, it will be stated at the descriptions section of my auction booth. 2. Items will be sent out within 3 Hong Kong working days upon confirmed receipt of FULL PAYMENT except for pre-order items. 3. All items will be sent out by NORMAL AIRMAIL from Hong Kong Post Office. 4. Seller will not be responsible for any LOST or DAMAGED goods occur during mail-in-transit or post-in-transit for every items sent. Pre-Order Items: 1. The next ordering date for our pre-order items will be on 23rd October 2006 (2pm) or once we have reached to a an ordering of 5 items from our customers. 2. Please ensure that your payment for the item that you have bidded are transferred within 3 days after auction closed. We will not make any orders for you if we do not receive your payment before the specified date. 3.. As it is a pre-order items, please allow 12 to 20 days (from our odering date) for your goods to arrive from Hong Kong. In any cases for the item that you have ordered are out-of stock or are delay due to Typhoon or any other unexpected reasons, we will keep you informed by email. 4. For those out-of-stock items, we will return the full amount of what you have paid to us to the original transferred bank. We will not return the money to any other bank except for the original bank account number that you had initially transferred to us. This is to protect the buyer and to ensure that our funds are correctly return to the same buyer. Of course, you could alternatively choose to select other items that you like from our auction booth to replace the other out-of stock items that you have initially bidded. Exchange Policy for Pre-Order items: 1 All our pre-order items are good in quality, condition and workmanship (at least to us and the factories since everybody standards of good condition, quality and workmanship are not the same). The items will also be checked for defective and we will double confirm the items against your email or auction orders before we send it out to our customers. Therefore, we do not accept any refund or exchange. 2. Due to the colours that you have seen from our photos may varies from different computers. If you are very particular on the colours, please re-consider buying it from us as we cannot gurantee that the colours that you've seen from your computer is exactly the same as what you may be getting from the actual item as the lightings from various sources may affect the actual colours of the item. 3. We do not accept reasons like sizes don't fit, designs of the item doesn't suit you etc as your exchange or refund request unless we have send out a wrong item to you.. All measurements are clearly stated and therefore please check your size before you bid. 4. The items are given with 80 to 90% similarity from the photos as they were reproduced from Ray, Vivi and JJ Magazaines. Hence, the actual items may not be 100% the same as what you may have seen from the photos or magazines. If you are very particular over it, please re-consider it before buying from us. |
| Important Notes to Buyers or Bidders: 1. Winner/Buyer must contact Seller within 3 days after auction closed. 2. Please ask all questions at the Q&A section or email me before bidding. 3. Seller reserved the rights to re-submit an item if Buyer or Winner failed to fulfil ALL the Terms and Conditions stated herein. A BAD ratings will be given accordingly and you will be blacklisted as well in our auction. 4. Kindly refrained from Bidding if you are NOT agreeable to any of the Terms & Conditions as stated herein. Photos and descriptions provided here are carefully described and posted to our best effort. Please bid the items when you are fully convinced to buy so as to avoid any unpleasant arguments. 5. All queries received after 5pm of the day will be responded on the next working day of HONG KONG between 9am to 5pm. 6.
