Our first stop was at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. One of our scouts attends the university, and the other scouts had a taste of college life. We had dinner in Risley Hall, one of several dining halls on campus. Everyone had a visit to a freshman townhouse, and the girls spent the night there. Special thanks to Rick Adie of the Statler Hotel for his assistance in providing rooms for the boys and adults. The next day we observed a fencing class, and then we were on our way to New Hampshire!
