Trevor St. John, R.T.S, Biomechanist, is co-founder of the fitness-education company BioConstructs. He is certified as a professional fitness consultant by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Resistance Training Specialist Programs. Trevor's middle name is Marshall.



He graduated from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington with a theater degree. He attended college on a jazz performance scholarship. As a jazz percussionist, he has performed with Slide Hampton and Bill Berry.



Trevor's wife, Sara, is a graphic designer.



His first major acting role was opposite Glenn Close in the 1995 TV movie Serving in Silence. "I played her son. That was terrific."
