MOVE YO FAT ASS
Sunday July 8th. Innaugural Aquabiddies "Move
Yo Fat Ass Triathlon". Sadly weather conspired, and the swim had to be
cancelled due to Lighning, and thunderstorms, which led to an impromptu
indoor coffee/bran muffin warm up. Followed by 57 miles through the Virginia
Countryside (shown in pics the day before) and 1.3 mile laps around a scenic
Lake...well, some of us anyway !
