Meryl is a loyal person who always plays it straight with people. She is a freethinking person who doesn't feel she has to answer to anyone, nor does she have to justify her actions. However, she is often impulsive and reckless with her feelings, and may tend to commit to relationships without thinking about it first. But, then, very quickly her need for independence takes over again, and pushes her to get out of the 'ties that bind her'. Nevertheless, once she has really found the right person, she may decide to give the relationship a try. But that person has to be as freethinking and independent as she is; and most of all, he must respect her freedom.
