AWOL PAINTBALL "RENEGADE LEAGUE"
BASIC RULES AND REGULATIONS

1) No head protection.........no play!!!
This is not just a good idea.
It's the biggest rule and we will all enforce it.
2) Barrel Plugs...
We don't want to have to police em so they are NOT a requirement, BUT
Don't be stupid. If you shoot someone in a no fire zone we may ask you to
leave. Use your safety and pay attention.
3) Velocity
If a chronograph is on site, everyone must calibrate markers to 300fps. or less.
You may be asked to recalibrate if someone thinks you are firing too hot.
4) Elimination
If you or anything that you are wearing are hit with a paintball,
you are DEAD. ie...backpack, harness, guille suit ect.
If your gun is hit you are DEAD this includes the hopper.
Once that you state that you are "hit" you are DEAD, and you may NOT
by any means indicate any intentions or positions of the opposing players
5) Bounces?
It is common place at regulation fields not to count bouncers.
The paintball must hit AND bust leaving a mark around the size of a nickel
The problem is that we don't usually play with a ref.
So...if you are struck w/ a paintball and it does not bust you may remain "alive"
If you ever say "hit" or indicate that you are dead YOU ARE DEAD, meaning that
you can't decide after the fact that the ball did not bust. If you are hit you are dead
if you "wipe" you suck...
We tend to have an inherent trust of people so we don't do paint checks.
If the ball hits, you know it if you should be dead, you know it.
If you want to cheat, well....... go ahead if it means that much to you.
We play for the fun of it!
6) Boundaries
All Battlezones are clearly marked with orange/red flagging tape as the
boundary or have natural lines as the boundary zone. ie...field vs. woods,
fence line ect...Beyond these markers is considered out of the Battlezone
and should be avoided
7) Flag Games...
When a player is carrying a flag it MUST BE VISIBLE
If a player is eliminated while carrying the flag he must drop
it or hang it in the immediate vicinity.
