It's video in real time on the Internet.
You need 2 things :
A "QuikCam" from Connectix or another camera..
A little software "CU-Seeme" from Cornell University or "Enhanced CU-SeeMe" from White Pine Software.
Now, you have to connect on a reflector,
Ttry these, to start :
