this is all so hypocritical because everyone was saying he should retire a colt after our first two playoff games, but after we lose a game we should throw him off. manning won't cap out the colts. he knows the situation and he won't squeeze every penny out of the team and leave them hanging. he has shown nothing but dedication to this team and we should do the same. how many other players sign ASAP so they can get into camp immediatley. how many players have the teams playbook sent to him early so he can study it before he could officially go to camp?

I would like to see the Colts keep Manning but NOT at the reported CAP FIGURE I hear bandied about. Manning is good but NOT $15 mill good. Signing Manning at THAT FIGURE would permanently doom us to MEDIOCRITY because we would be unable to keep other decent players Harrison, edge, wayne etc---. or UPGRADE our defense.

Brady earns a fraction of manning's salary but he is going to his 2nd SB because he has BETTER teammates.

Value to PERFORMANCE. what a concept
