of usage you may freely play it and distribute it as long as you keep the
next terms in mind an agree on them

Including BallPlay to websites is allowed as long as the original documentation
is included (README.TXT), and that the game is accessible free of charge,
plus the author is aware of this inclusion

Playing "BallPlay" is always for your own risk. The programmer can never
be hold resposible for any a damage it may cause to software, hardware
or anything else. Not even when he's aware of the possibility of these
damages.

in license to use this software.

Nothing of the game may be modified... If you would happen to have the
source code (which might be released someday), you may not modify that
either!
