TONY AND LINDA'S
FAMOUS CHILI SOUP


From the Kitchen of Tony and Linda Tuminello


Brown 2 pounds ground chuck
1 large onion, add salt & pepper

Add:

3 cans Campbell's Minestrone soup
or vegetable w/pasta soup
2 cans Ranch Style Chili Beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
Optional - 1 can mushrooms

Cook over low heat or overnight in crock pot.

Serves 6-7 generously!

Health Hint:
Include tomatoes and tomato products in your cooking; these can reduce cancer risk.

Cooking Tip:
For a quick and handy seasoning while cooking, keep on hand a large shaker containing six parts of salt or salt substitute and one part pepper.
