KAYLA'S PARTY PUNCH
(From the kitchen of Kayla Crawford)


1 quart chilled pineapple juice
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 bottle chilled champagne or
1 bottle chilled ginger ale
1 cup liquid chilled pina colada mix
1 cup frozen whole strawberries
1 cup mixed frozen berries

The day before serving, combine pineapple juice,
lemon, lime and orange slices
in a plastic or glass bowl.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.


When ready to serve, squeeze juice
from fruit slices into juice.
Discard rinds.
Stir in champagne or ginger ale and
pina colada mix. Float strawberries on top.
