EASY BLUEBERRY COBBLER

          Taken from "Favorite Blueberry Recipes"
          of the Miss-Lou Blueberry Growers Association
          and the Mississippi Department of
          Agriculture and Commerce

          1 cup flour
          1/2 cup plus 1 cup sugar, divided
          1 Tablespoon baking powder
          Milk
          4 cups blueberries
          3/4 stick butter or margarine

          Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter or margarine
          in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Heat blueberries with
          1/2 cup sugar in saucepan until boiling. Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and baking powder and add enough milk to
          make batter a gravy consistency. Pour batter over
          melted butter. Pour blueberries over batter. Bake for
          30-35 minutes.
