CHEESE FONDUE


          From the kitchen of Maggie Pajerowski

          2 (8-oz.) packages whipped cream cheese
          1-1/2 cups milk
          1 teaspoon garlic powder
          5 oz. triangle parmesan cheese freshly grated
          1/4-1/2 c. white wine

          Over med. heat, mix cream cheese and milk until smooth.
          Add garlic powder and parmesan cheese
          and stir until melted. Add wine. Heat until hot.

          (great with Italian bread dipped in fondue)
